Shipping + Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

Mini Em's only ships in the UK (Mainland), with all orders currently sent from our warehouse based in the United Kingdom. For your peace of mind, all orders will receive a tracking number- that can be tracked once a delivery attempt has been made.

All orders are shipped by either Royal Mail, Hermes or DPD, depending on the destination of your order. All orders placed will be processed the following day and shipping will commence once payment has been confirmed. 

Once your shipment has left our warehouse you will receive an email containing your tracking number.

RETURN + EXCHANGE POLICY

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help, simply contact us to initiate a return within 30 days of your purchase. To be eligible for a return and full refund, your item must be in the original packaging, unused and in the same condition that you received it. The customer is responsible for the return cost of the package unless the return is due to a fulfilment error.

 

We recommended using a tracked service as the package remains the customers responsibility until it has been delivered. We only offer refunds onto the original payment method used to place the order. We do not currently offer exchanges as part of the returns policy. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted, such as (if applicable) any item not being returned in its original condition, or is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

 

In the unlikely event that you do not receive your order after the stated delivery timeframe, please contact us as soon as you are aware and no longer than 7 days from the delivery date stated on your tracking.
